« the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind. »

« Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. « Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands! »
