' Overall, the property was excellent but was let down by the lack of TV reception. Given that our visit was for the Gather Round Football, our plan was to watch many of the games on TV. However, that was not possible because of there being no satellite connection because of the cloud cover. It was a major disappointment and as a result we had very little leisure time at the property. The property is advertised as family accommodation, so the TV coverage issues need to be rectified.'

'Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. 'Our stay at The Manor Basket Range was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was perfect, the surroundings are peaceful, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. It’s the perfect escape just outside Adelaide — we can’t wait to return.'

'The location was very good and the rooms were comfortable. In our first room, there was a faulty and dangerous power point and the tv didn’t work. In the second room, there was still a loose power point and the hair dryer did not stay in its broken holder. It was a large room but there was only one dining chair for the large table and only one lounge chair. Nether room had enough coat hangers though the obliging ‘house fairy’ found some more for us. Maintenance needs improvement.'

'Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

'Uitstekend aparthotel op loopafstand van restaurantjes, bushaltes en grote supermarkt. Keuken met basisvoorzieningen om te kunnen koken. Snijplank mist maar verder voldoende keukengerei. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Klein zwembad. Geen eten te koop in de lobby. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie, geen last van verkeer.'

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...
