« Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again! »

« Perfect location, lovely neighborhood, clean and well-equipped apartment. Apartment was in a safe, quiet area and was very comfortable. Perfect home base for walking to shows, Central Park, Times Square, and midtown museums. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Great location, not what is listed but was for good reason and in a better location. Theres was just a little mold in the corner of the bathroom. Other than that prime location, iconic building. Great gear communication from the owner. I highly recommend »

« The apartment was perfect for our family of six for our stay in NY. The subway was nearby and plenty of places to grab coffee and bagels in the morning. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This space was a perfect spot to stay for a family wedding with guests from out of town. The location is near a green space to walk the pup, and near stores to replenish what was needed. Parking is on the street but we had no trouble finding spaces.The space is clean and well-maintained. »

« Logement conforme à l'annonce, relativement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Grand Central et du métro. Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue. Le plancher s'enlève par endroits et la douche est difficile à régler pour la température de l'eau. La vaisselle est limitée. Hôte très arrangeant pour...

« We had a good experience at this VRBO! It was convenient to times square, good food, and broadway shows. It was a little tight inside but perfectly fine for sleeping. They provided us with ear plugs, extra towels and sheets, and shampoo and conditioner. Communication was great, we got responses right away. The location felt pretty safe, in the back part of the building with multiple doors. Would stay again!! »

« We had an amazing stay at this property!! The check in process was seamless and the hosts were super responsive to my inquiries. The unit was clean and perfect for the 6 teenagers we brought. The deck was such a great space. The subway was nearby which was convenient. We will definitely stay here again. »

« My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! »

« We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup.
