'Juliette was communicative about our stay and breakfast details. She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and happy. The beds and pillows were excellent, as well as the shower. The office desk was perfect for working. Juliette's breakfasts were interesting, diverse and delicious. 'Our stay at Karl and Mandy’s couldn’t have been better! From the easy check-in to the incredible grounds, delicious breakfast and our nightly soak in our private hot tub, everything was top notch. We were even greeted by two does on our first morning! With a fifteen minute drive from the airport and another fifteen to downtown Victoria, the location is ideal. I definitely recommend these accommodations and would very much like to return the next time we visit Victoria!'

'Yard and gardens were lovely. The owner tokd us to meet him around the back, when he met us he said he wasnt sure we should bring our bags up to the room... Excuse me? What? We said we needed our pj's and change of clothes for morning, so we brought our bags in despite his hesitation. The room was not clean. The owner came in and put a flat sheet on the hideabed while my family and l all just stood there mouth agape. None of the bedding matched, l could write my name in the dust, and the...

'Large, quiet suite with very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and a spectacular mountain and ocean view. Delightful hosts and a magnificent fish tank.'

'The room is nice and large. The attached bathroom is serviceable, but the bath towels reeks! We had to dry ourselves off using toilet paper. Also, bed spread and pillows smell used with scent of saliva and body odor.'
