'The hotel website claims to have a shuttle from the Tampa airport to the hotel. This information is NOT accurate; there is no shuttle. Reception staff simply shrugged their shoulders when questioned about this. Sure, they can't fix it but customer service suggests they at least acknowledge the problem and say they will let management know about it. One room smelled of urine--help! The microwave and safe did not work. Find an alternate hotel!'

'Palihouse location is amazing, middle of Hyde Park with shopping and restaurants all around. Rooms are clean and nice, very cute ambiance. However my husband didn’t enjoy the basic cable, no streaming options, ESPN or golf channel. '

'A little tough to check in not knowing about the open door and the hidden key by the fireplace. We thought it would take two days to get an answer, just like the questions I had earlier during booking that took more than a day to answer. Also, I got sick with cancer, and no longer mobile. I could not go along on the trip to use my Vrbo App in the family’s presence. No one else in the family that was there could use the App. It was in my name only.'

'The house was comfortable and the large table on the large back porch was perfect for a family gathering. The location in South Tampa was great except that the house was on a busy street with street noise from the traffic. There was a problem with check in that caused a delay but it was handled within about 20 minutes. The host even came by to make sure we were able to open the lock on the front door. The host was very friendly and accommodating.'
