'We had a great stay! The onsen experience and breakfast are amazing, and the the hotel provides all the details you can hope for. Because of the way the hotel is built, and the beautiful garden, it is a must-do especially during fall. We should have stayed longer!'

The included dinner and breakfast was also amazing, with traditional and western options for breakfast. Try the Hakone loop bus, boat, rope line (ie gondola) and cable car attraction when you’re staying. '

'No Wifi access on the first day and only at the lobby. Only few staffmembers could speak some English. Unfriendly staff. Anouncments Etc almost only in Japanese. Swimmingpool closes at 4 pm. A part of our room's sealing was only 185cm high!!!This hotel is clearly aiming at Japanese guests only. Location is convenient.'
