'We loved everything about this rental. It was clean and comfortable. Although we did not cook it appeared to have everything needed to do so. The best part was the location. 'Stayed 2 nights in the Solitude Suite at Siesta Key with my son after spending several days in Sarasota. Suite was ready early. Lisa was responsive and communicated right away via text. 'We absolutely love staying here! This is our third trip back and we always have a great experience. The place is always clean and puts you right in the beach mood. The pool is clean, and the ocean is absolutely amazing. We make sure to make it out every night to see the sunset, then have plenty of time to go back and have an easy walk across the street to get something to eat for dinner or head to the ice cream shop. 'Check in was a breeze, the owner helped us get in earlier than the 4pm check in tike, which was super helpful. The beach access is up the street and around the corner, not a bad walk we did it with 2 kids. The outside shower is wonderful to rinse the sand and salt away. 'It was a pleasant surprise .although being repaired in areas the workers were polite and i saw alot got done in the 2 weeks we were there. It would be better to leave toilrEt bowl cleaner in bath for longer stayinside the bungalow. 'Solid 4.5 stars due to location and the inside being exactly as described so rounded up. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, and my family loved snorkeling at Point of Rocks. Since there was no parking at this beach access, the beach didn't get too crowded. Inside the apartment, everything was as described. 'What a great place to stay! It was exactly as pictured in the listing. The unit was clean and came with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the equipment room with all the beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Beach access by the unit is only accessible by walking so that portion of the beach is much less crowded than the other public access with parking. 'Perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy our vacation. We walked to the beach everyday and used one of the wagons that the host had for us which was very convenient. Only issue we had was that the bedroom tv remote batteries were dead. 10/10 would stay again. '
