'The limited public beach area was a little disappointing, but found some and the private beach properties were not too aggressive. There is no cable. There were smart TVs (2 of 3). Bring your Roko sticks, Hulu codes, Netflix.......You cannot access local channels. Missed the NBA Championship and bombing of Iran'

'Place was so clean and close to the beach. They provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler which was awesome. Bus stop offering free service was nearby which was convenient when we didnt want to drive.Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again when returning to the area. '

'This is our second time staying in this condo (first time was many years ago before it was updated). Great location (we call it the quiet side of the island). Close to the beach and other restaurants that you can walk too. Condo is very clean and updated. Well decorated. Only cons: since Siesta Key privatized the beach it was hard to find a spot. We heard this is going to change but the hotels take an extreme amount of area only leaving the public to squeeze in other spaces. And the hotel areas...

'Solid 4.5 stars due to location and the inside being exactly as described so rounded up. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, and my family loved snorkeling at Point of Rocks. Since there was no parking at this beach access, the beach didn't get too crowded. Inside the apartment, everything was as described. A couple of minor fixes would be nice (hooks in the bathroom were loose and the closet door sticks) but overall, it was great. The only two bigger negatives were the shower...

'Great location! Condo was very nicely decorated and clean, bed was super comfortable which is hard to find in a lot of rentals. Short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! '

'Stayed 2 nights in the Solitude Suite at Siesta Key with my son after spending several days in Sarasota. Suite was ready early. Lisa was responsive and communicated right away via text. Suite is well equipped with kitchennette and updated bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. My son and I enjoyed the heated pool on-site. It is right across the street from beach access. Trolley stop is right outside the property. There are several good walkable restaurants as well if you don’t want to take...
