"The hotel has a lot of charm and a real sense of exclusivity. It's an oasis of peace and happiness. The lagoon is superb and we really enjoyed swimming in it and laying alongside it. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant in the evening offers high-quality dishes, including desserts. Very nice and sympathetic staff. We also loved the movie night with pop corn! The only negative element is that, in our room, there was practically no Wi-Fi (laptops were able to connect to it, smartphones weren't - the signal was too weak)."

"The hotel was nice. Clean and friendly staff. The pool was a good size, not too big but nice after a long day to have a little swim. The only few things I missed or needed improvement were: the staff hardly spoke English. One lady was very good but the rest spoke hardly or no English at all. But with google translate we managed. So no complaint but something that I noticed and was quite difficult sometimes. There were no glasses or cups in the room. The breakfast I really thought was overpriced for what you get. Some watery coffee and a few fruit bits. The eggs were really good though! And the pancakes you could choose looked nice too but I had the eggs :) It is about 15 mins walk to the center of town. It is doable but with the heat it is best to take a taxi sometimes. That is not expensive at all. Lovely nice little restaurants nearby in your walk to town. 2 Italian places, in a street parallel to the street is a lovely restaurant on a corner. And so many more! The hotel is nearby the lake. But you cannot really lie down. You pay 20 pesos to go onto the wooden board walk and from there you can climb into the water. I can recommend the hotel all together."
