I wasn’t aware the rooms are all on the second floor, which we had to drag two heavy luggage bags up a very narrow flight of stairs! Also, the floors were not very clean, after we got out of the shower, our feet got dirty if we weren’t wearing shoes. 'We had a wonderful stay at Serena Boutique Hotel in Aguas Buenas and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. 'I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. 'The photos shown for property are very misleading. The communication was terrible. When I finally found the place, carport turned into vrbo, the host was not even expecting me. The kitchen flooded from the rain. Not the best accommodations. I will look elsewhere next time.'

'This was such a quaint and lovely home with a private pool and bbq area. Miguel and Fanny were so kind and great hosts. They also respected my privacy as I lounged by the private pool soaking up the sun!I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon.'

'The gorgeous balcony with the amazing view to the Naranjito bridge was everything! Beautiful, modern bohemian decor. A little bit tricky to find, especially at night. Unmarked house. And the key lockbox is very difficult to get open. Luckily there was someone there when I arrived in the evening, who helped me, but in the morning, I could not get it open again for the key. Would stay here again, just for the view and the lovely hot tub and swing chair on the balcony.'

'Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch.
