'This hotel is very clean, wonderful service and beautiful beach'

'The property itself was stunning. The grounds beautiful and immaculately maintained. Everyone there was so gracious and helpful, always smiling and saying hello. The breakfast only included option was perfect (and delicious), allowing us to explore off the resort for dinner if we wanted to. A special shout out to Ivan and Sebastian for exceptional customer service. Worth every penny spent. We hope to return soon!'

'The staff were not helpful. We arrived early on and got our room late. We got the wrong room for what we paid for. The room was dirty and there was water leak from ceiling. The toilet was not flushing as well and sink was clogged. The hotel was not well maintained. Resort was booked for wedding over the the weekend so part of the resort was only for the weeding. The pool was dirty and not clean. The restaurants staff were friendly but the food was below average. Overall not worth the money and...
