'Nice rooms, excellent service in the rooms and on the beach. This was a former ritz Carlton and the service is at that level. My only small complaint is that the gym could be bigger but it is more than adequate for most people with ample cardio equipment, a weight workout circuit, and dumbbells. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
