'Great place. Fun decorations. Rooms are vast. Well equiped.The host is very helpful and super responsive for any questions we had.'

'Beautiful location with great little dock and water toys. Daily wildlife sightings. Generally quiet, however neighbours are within 15m on both sides, so noise can be outside your control. Lake is motor-free. Cottage feel as appliances, furniture, ac, etc. are all older, but everything works well. Lots of pans, utensils and glassware, which is always appreciated. Deck is marvelous, and includes 2 shaded areas: One for eating outdoors with a BBQ, and one to sit or do yoga, or whatever.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Lac Ouimet. The lawn and gardens were phenomenal and the dock was an incredible place to have a morning coffee. The water is quite shallow quite far out so it’s fantastic for kids. The kayaks were also great fun! Thank you for an excellent stay. We will be booking again soon! '

'The chalet was well maintained, clean and attractive, with a well stocked kitchen that had every cooking tool I could want. Exactly as represented in the ad, and communication was great. Located on a quiet gravel road. Beautiful view of the quiet lake, even when sitting inside on a rainy day. Looks like a perfect lake for a casual paddle. There is a closet with board games for cooler days. One caution — both the interior and exterior stairs could be challenging for anyone with mobility...

'We had a great experience on our 3n/4d stay in this beautiful house. Great 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms space for us. Everything we needed were pretty much provided. Looking forward to coming back next week for another ski trip.'

'Check in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was efficient. There is NO POOL!! They show you a picture of a public pool offsite. (Have to drive to it) The cottage floors were dirty from a previous party. Spider webs everywhere. The pool cues for the billiard table were broken. For 2700 for 2 nights it was SUPER over priced. '
