I would suggest adding tv reception to the downstairs suite as we were all adults and some of us wanted to go downstairs and watch tv. News and programming. Otherwise we loved our stay there. 'Wonderful stay! The host was very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We took this trip for a birthday celebration and the host left a small surprise to celebrate when we arrived! There was also filtered water, a few snacks, and some breakfast items. They also had all kinds of extra toiletries and were supplied with detergent, extra blankets, and stadium seat cushions for Red Rocks, as well as brought us extra outdoor blankets to stay warm during our trip...

'We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. '
