'The location is phenomenal. So close to the beach & private beach access is convenient. The house was clean and checkin was easy which gives this property the positive review. However, a few things to note for potential guests/things that would have improved our stay.1. Supplies in the home were limited compared to other vrbos. 'This unit is full of cockroaches. I killed and sprayed the entire first night. Unfortunately I was able to get in touch with the owner that evening. I was contacted the next afternoon however they offered to move us to a smaller place. That wasn't going to work for us. We love Surfside, but I don't recommend this condo.'

'This condo was located in a perfect spot, just steps away from beach access. Made it very easy to go back and forth as needed. We watched the dolphins from the patio window or out on the patio every morning. The condo was very updated, great layout and bed was comfy too. We will definitely be coming back to this beach house condo on our next trip!'

'Three Little Birds was perfect for our mother-daughter getaway! It was clean, comfortable and there were lots of extra touches to make our stay even better.
