'Perfect hotel to stay at for concerts'

'Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.'

A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. 'We especially liked the complimentary breakfast. They had a waffle maker, and biscuits and gravy one day. Hashboards the next. Also sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, muffins and pastries.'

'Zeer goede locatie, en comfortabel hotel. We konden niet beter wensen. Dit was wel even 20' weg met de wagen naar downtown, maar is zeer rustig gelegen en hadden alles wat nodig was in de buurt. Was aanbevolen door een vriend.'
