'Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

'It was so very difficult to locate the hotel. The information for the directors was confusing. Even with the photo direction as all the street and the color is almost the same. The entry for the hotel was terrible and look like was still under construction, it was dirty, scary and dark. The hall way and the stairway has no light we could turn on. 'Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over.
