Heel irritant. Bed was lekker groot en lag goed. '

'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get anywhere you need in a timely manner by car or uber. DT, Deep Elum are within 10 mins. The home was...

'Groot hotel maar toch vlakbij het centrum. Mooie ruime kamers. Ontbijt restaurant was middelmatig.

'Great hotel'

'When I got there, they did not have the room I reserved. They put me in a different room that only had one bed. They said they were bringing a roll out for the second bed I needed, and it never showed up.'

'Rooftop bar and pool were amazing, and the view was unparalleled. The Halloween decorations on the week of the holiday were tasteful and so fun. The bed and room were restful and just right. Appreciated the laptop size safe.'

'Large room, nice bathroom but incredibly noisy. Some soundproofing could be helpful.'
