« The house was large, expansive and a good fit for a large family. The only complaints are for petty (seemingly) items that were expected but missing for a home in this price range. The huge primary suite had only 1 tiny wastebasket in the toilet room. No waste basket in the bedroom or near the vanities where you need them. Same for all the other bedrooms. Ditto for tissues that are usually included. No tissue boxes in the house.The kitchen was well stocked with pans, serving ware and appliances...

« The rental home was beautiful and had amazing views, but the stay was negatively impacted by a lack of hot water. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the host ultimately stated that the hot water system was broken and could not be repaired over the weekend. After we requested a credit/refund for the issue, which host underplayed as an “inconvenience” in his apology did not respond to the call or voicemail and only later mentioned that a propane technician would refill the tank.
