'The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.'

'We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Malin. Het uitzicht was schitterend en de locatie super handig. Goed bereikbaar met tram en bus (maar ook te voet) en leuk gelegen in de haven. Malin is een hele fijne flexibele host!'

'It is a beautiful apartment in the hart of Antibes. We really have enjoyed our stay. The parking space is 5 minutes walk and is large enough to accommodate for a family car.'

'Très bonne semaine dans ce bel appartement à la vue époustouflante. Appartement bien meublé et bien équipé. Propriétaire très à l'écoute. Check-in/out facile (bemol sur le check-out car l'agence de centre ville n'est pas facile d'accès). Voiture recommandée car l'appartement est un peu excentré (mais bus fréquents pour accéder à Nice). Seul bémol relatif : le bruit de la route sur la moyenne corniche qui a tendance à se faire entendre mais c'est très supportable'

'Appartement is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er ook een airco aanwezig is. De locatie is prima, 200 m van het strand en een handige uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar de omliggende steden. Het contact met de eigenaresse was goed, ze reageerde snel. Het parkeren was lastig, de buurt stond vol met auto’s. Het huisje had de maximale score gekregen als er een vast bed had gestaan. De uitklapbank en de uitklapstoel zijn niet echt comfortabel en minder goed voor je rug.'

'Geweldige locatie in het oude centrum van Nice. Mooi appartement je proeft zelfs hier de sfeer van Nice (en de sfeer in het oude Nice is in onze ogen tegen het perfecte aan, mooie en fijne eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes en leuke barretjes). Frank heeft het prima hier voor elkaar, fijne bedden, fijne slaapbank. Onze kinderen van 12 en 14 zijn niet altijd gecharmeerd van een stad, maar de 5 nachten in Nice was ook voor hen een geweldige ervaring. En blije kinderen betekend ook blije ouders....

'De studio is fijn om in te verblijven, het complex is heel netjes en heeft een fijn zwembad, en met de zee aan de voorkant van het complex is de locatie fantastisch! Het nabij gelegen dorp Menton is ook erg leuk en gezellig, met voldoende eetgelegenheden.'

'Appartement très lumineux et idéalement situé dans un cul de sac donc tres calme bien que au centre de Menton tout près de la plage du centre des boutiques, de la gare ,d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie et de nombreux restaurants. Le garage fermé pour garer la voiture est un gros plus. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande chaudement.'

'Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat.'

'Hotel prima in de omgeving is niets te doen een erg druk met verkeer. Je kunt perfect Parkeren in de garage alleen is dit niet gratis voor hotel bezoekers '

'Heerlijke dagen gehad met gezin. 4 pers.kamer aan stadszicht. Goede airco en s’nachts goed kunnen slapen, dubbele schuifpui waardoor je niet door hebt in zo’n drukke straat te zitten. Eigenlijk geen negatieve punten maar als ik er dan toch eentje moet opnoemen: balkon is voor 4 personen net te krap, we hadden er wel twee, maar dan kan je niet samen zitten. De accomodatie ligt wel wat verder af van de gezellige eettentjes in het oude centrum, volgende keer zou ik daarom toch iets meer in de buurt...
