'The staff here was wonderful, unfortunately they were working in an extremely hot lounge area with no air conditioning. The faucet in my tub was broken off the wall, the fan in the bathroom screeched so loud it couldn't be used, and the couch and chair in the room were filthy. Paid way too much for far too little here.'

'There needs to be something placed on the shower floor to prevent slipping in the shower. We both slipped. Also there is mold growing on the lip inside the shower. There were but q few tissues in tissue container. Lastly, the extra charge of $25.00 for nessitiies and then not refunding it and telling us to call our bank to get the money....'

'The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed. The a/c was cold. The refrigerator was also cold. No microwave in the room but they have one in the dining area. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels. Continental breakfast was good. They didn’t have waffles but did have mini pancakes. They have coffee all day and night. They even had decaf, which I’m thankful for since I can no longer drink regular coffee. They accommodated my request to keep my room and my family’s...

'Toilet lid will not stay up. Annoying for us guys. Lots of trash blowing around the outside. Pool is clean. Breakfast is so, so. Property Management are helpful and attentive.'

'Este hotel es horrible, olor a marihuana, no hay cafeteras en las habitaciones, si quieres una debes pagarla, no hay shampoo decente un mini frasquito, jabón es pastilla estilo 1980, el arquitecto que diseñó el estacionamiento lo diseñó como un laberinto sin salida, pedí algo básico como un gorro de baño y no tenían, muy muy caro y no vale la pena, las puertas del lobby no son automáticas debes abrirlas manuales son duras y son dos puertas, no tienen carrito de maletas, honestamente es horrible...
