« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« Disappointed. We booked 4 rooms next to each other (I do want to say the staff at front desk was very friendly, however). We had 12 little girls on our stay, as this was a girl scouts overnight trip. The photos online were misleading. In one of our refrigerators, there were beer cans (so it was clearly not thoroughly cleaned). Another room only had ice cold or scalding hot water-- no in between. Another room's AC didn't cool below 75 degrees (which felt warmer since there were 4 people in the...

« There was a hole in the wall where the cable jack came out. The elevator also had a weird odor. Staff was accommodating. »

« The cleaning crew did not do their job.The clerk had to actually help clean my room and it took two hours for me to check in the shower stall is cracked in there's obviously some maintenance that needs to be done that hotel »

« Like advertised. Friendly and helpful team, room, bed, etc very good. Breakfast was nothing special but good... A major wonderful surprise: a real coffee machine (beans). »
