Hôtel près de Kalahari Indoor Water Park (Austin)

« The smell of cleaning solution or something is unbelievably overwhelming when you walk in the place. The room itself smelled mildew-like. I asked to be in a quiet room and was out right by the back door, the door to the stairs and the laundry room which was a source of literal constant slamming every 30 seconds all day and night, it was like torture. I messaged the hotel but no one responded though they responded about the Wi-Fi password, so they did get the message. The shower was pretty lame,...

« Great staff, great Area, nice and clean, but the only thing is people don’t know how to keep places nice and clean, people put their trash out side of their doors instead of being courteous and just walk down stairs and throw their” OWN” TRASH AWAY” this isn’t a uptown suits or motel 6 Have respect for a nice clean environment »

« Property is old, dilapidated, and poorly maintained. Beds were lumpy and.very uncomfortable. Toilet was plugged. Light bulbs were missing from lamps. Air conditioner was noisy. Never again! »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
