'Was really disappointed the pool wasn’t cleaned. I booked this hotel bc of the indoor pool for my son spring break. I drove 2 hours. They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be...

'Not as advertised. Rooms outdated, mold present. Elevator doesn’t work, stairs had visible cracks didn’t seem safe, hallways are dirty and smell like mildew. Staff was nice '

'It was hard to believe that when I asked for water bottle the receptionist said it’s not free because you are not an elite member. For a water bottle that costs less than a dollar why would they want the customer to be an elite member. Just for this small bad gesture I’ll never stay at this property again in future (BTW for my every bimonthly visit in Austin I used to stay at this property itself).'
