'The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! '

'The room was nice my only complaint is the shower water would flow out to the floor making the whole bath floor wet. There was also a slight smoke/vape smell. '

'Front desk associate was nice and friendly and gave us complimentary waters at check in. Breakfast was good. And our room keys had vouchers for free appetizers at Texas Roadhouse. The complimentary breakfast was good and clean as well. Would stay again.'

'I was disappointed with my stay. The internet was not good at all, and even after asking the staff for help, the connection never really improved. The TVs also weren’t the best, and the TV guide seemed outdated, which made it frustrating to find anything to watch. It would really help if the hotel upgraded the TVs and made sure the guide was current, especially for guests who are from out of town and want to relax without dealing with technical issues. 'It was a terrible experience and I checked out within an hour of checking in. I killed 2 bugs flying around my room, found mold and spider webs behind the curtains but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was a fluke thing. Then when I went to shower, I found a tick type bug on the floor and was done. I tried to check out and while the hotel staff was nice, Expedia was ultimately no help in getting me a refund.'

'Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The only not so good thing is the beds are a little small for it to be a Queen size. '
