« I highly recommend this hotel, which is modern and very clean. The only doenside wascthat the room didn't have a safe box to store our valuables »

« The room was nice my only complaint is the shower water would flow out to the floor making the whole bath floor wet. There was also a slight smoke/vape smell. »

« Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The only not so good thing is the beds are a little small for it to be a Queen size. »

« I was disappointed with my stay. The internet was not good at all, and even after asking the staff for help, the connection never really improved. The TVs also weren’t the best, and the TV guide seemed outdated, which made it frustrating to find anything to watch. It would really help if the hotel upgraded the TVs and made sure the guide was current, especially for guests who are from out of town and want to relax without dealing with technical issues. « Front desk associate was nice and friendly and gave us complimentary waters at check in. Breakfast was good. And our room keys had vouchers for free appetizers at Texas Roadhouse. The complimentary breakfast was good and clean as well. Would stay again. »

« Luey and Norris (aka the Cowboy Innkeeper) are so sweet and charming. We felt right at home. Having Luey making breakfast while talking and laughing was so heartwarming and the food was incredible. The room we had was wonderful and unbelievably clean. We will be back for sure! »

« Like advertised. Friendly and helpful team, room, bed, etc very good. Breakfast was nothing special but good... A major wonderful surprise: a real coffee machine (beans). »

« Great staff, great Area, nice and clean, but the only thing is people don’t know how to keep places nice and clean, people put their trash out side of their doors instead of being courteous and just walk down stairs and throw their” OWN” TRASH AWAY” this isn’t a uptown suits or motel 6 Have respect for a nice clean environment »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
