It was adequately furnished, but the sofa, chair, and footstools were badly stained. The bed was comfy, but there was a bad odor in the apt. 'This place was a great stay! It was as close to the beach as advertised. A couple minute walk if that. The location was near lots of restaurants and shops. Parking was easy. The host communicated very well. We had no issues!'

Access to the beach was quick and painless.Be aware- there is only one small elevator in the building and it is located at the opposite end of the building from the unit. 'This property was very nicely decorated and definitely met our needs. There were only two of us. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony and being able to see the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach and the wooden walkway allowed us to roll the wagon easily for about half the way. The kitchen had everything we needed including blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Very nice appliances including a full size refrigerator and oven. There were plenty of towels and pillows....

'Perfect location for a relaxing long weekend! Walking distance to coligny shops and restaurants but away from the busyness of the public beach area. Great view of the ocean and wildlife from the balcony! A few bucks, doe and fawn visited frequently! Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!'
