« I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It was perfect for us. The condo is updated, the pool area is clean, and the proximity to the water is wonderful! We saw dolphins daily and could walk to a few local restaurants. Highly recommend! »

« What a beautiful condo!!! Incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with games, puzzles, coffee, beach supplies, wireless speaker, even disposable toothbrushes! It is so cozy and homey. We had the best vacation here, annd our baby loved it. We will definitely be returning next year!! Highly recommend »

« The stay was great. Easy access to the beach and surrounding entertainment. It is much nicer than our stay in the regular rooms of the Sea and Breeze. Will stay there again! »

« The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal but a little different... »

« The location of Paula’s condo is perfect and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Check in was easy. The condo is on the 4th floor. The elevator was broken during our stay, so that made loading and unload a bit difficult, but communication was good, and the rest of the stay was great! »

« We had a wonderful stay. Right on the beach, beautiful view, the condo has everything you need, coffee shop is around the corner, restaurants are 5-10 min drive and one is walking distance. ( don’t forget a mosquito spray if you dine outside) Kids loved the private beach and played there for hours. We will be back to this property. One of our favorites now. »

« Really nice spot! Close to many delicious restaurants, right across the street from the ice cream and candy shop, and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. We will likely be back to Tybee, and if we do come back, I'd be happy to stay here again. »

« Great place, clean, neat and a beautiful plve to stay. Brenda and I loved the morning sunrise and watching the dolphins play in the water. We enjoyed visiting the sites and the seafood there in Beaufort. We would recommend staying with you and would in the future. Thanks Brenda and Rodney »

« This condo was wonderful. We love staying at Breakers(especially now that it has elevators) because it is so close to everything and right on the beach. It is right across the street from Coligny Plaza with shopping, ice cream and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really like the keyless entry. The use of beach chairs,4 beach towels and the(new) beach umbrella was defiantly appreciated. There were...
