'Everything was very clean and organized'

'During my recent stay at the Springhill Suites, coinciding with my son's Marine Corps graduation, I was immediately impressed by the refreshing ambiance upon entering the premises. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. The breakfast service was exceptional, and the air conditioning system performed flawlessly. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated commendable helpfulness.'

'The room was clean, plenty off snacks and breakfast muffins were amazing! Staff very friendly! Hair dryer was burnt out they took note but was hoping to have been offered an alternative. Overall definitely would recommend!'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only negative I have to say is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking, but seem to be normal voices in the room next to me but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. I also thought their prices were reasonable by comparison.'

'My stay at the Emerald was wonderful! The keypad entries were especially convenient without having to keep up with a key card. I made quite a bit of use of my balcony, which was very enjoyable. The location is extremely convenient to the downtown area. It was overall a very nice day.'

'Although we had an overall good experience I wanted to mention some things for others to consider. 1. There’s no AC on the hallways, it’s not enclosed so to speak. 2. I could hear the elevator from my room or full conversations in the hall, walls are thin. 3. Breakfast situation was not ideal, also no AC, very crowded, (what I believe to be cross contamination), and did not meet my expectation of other Holiday Inn Express experiences.'

'Bed was changed regularly'

'iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad'

'I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back.
