« Superbe hôtel en vrai pierre. Lit très confortable, chambre très agréable. Il n'y a pas d’ascenseur. Au petit déjeuner, le cuisinier vous prépare réellement votre repas. Avec une Suite, la salle de bain est très bien mais à l'étage, donc la nuit il faut monter pour utiliser les toilettes. »

« Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here...

« Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite....

« Un ultrason a l'étage toute la nuit. Bruit de l'ascenseur. Douche bloquée sur brûlant. Personne pour réparer a partir de 2000. Délicieux petit déjeuner. . »

« Accueil minimal, on arrive dans la chambre : fenêtre ouverte, pas de chauffage (Il fait 2° dehors) On allume, on attend...rien, on téléphone à la réception...ah oui, on va vous le brancher !!!! Flacon à produit de douche vide, boite à Kleenex...vide (c'est pas essentiel, mais quand on prépare une chambre...on remplace ce qui est terminé) et pour couronner le tout...la tuyauterie du siècle dernier avec un bruit d'enfer »
