Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles

In general we appreciated our stay: clear self check in instructions, modern rooms, great amenities (coffee machine, TV, shared kitchen on the floor, etc). However, there were a couple of bumps I couldn’t overlook. The cleanliness of the room for a 4-star hotel was a bummer. There was still a collection of dust in some places… which I could tolerate. I was put off the most by the orangey mold in between the tiles of the walls in the shower. It just feels unhygienic. Give it a good scrub. It doesn’t have to be done after every traveler. One pot from the complementary toiletries set in the bathroom was marked with a dry cream? I would not touch it. Also, our reservation stated a queen size bed. It was not 160cm wide, but 140cm. We stayed in the room 302.
