« This property was very clean and we were provided with towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hosts even through in some toothbrushes! We are very satisfied it’s this stay and we will definitely be booking again the next time we come to Florida! »

« Very clean, neat and centrally located home in a nice neighborhood close to concert venue, beaches, restaurants etc. We only stayed 1 night for a surprise birthday celebration, but the house with its open floor plan and 4 bedrooms was a perfect fit for us. Sandy was quick to communicate/respond to any question or need we had and even had a welcome card and bottle of wine and a bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee waiting for us when we arrived. »

« We stayed here to break up our driving from our place in Ohio to our place on ft Myers beach.it is very well thought out. Clean and comfortable the bed was great especially after a long drive. It could be a normal stop for us. It had everything you needed thanks for letting us stay »

« We love the location and the units. It’s not a high rise so you don’t park in a huge parking lot far away from where you are staying. It’s a few steps from the beach. The rooms are updated with new appliances and furnishings. I use to stay here in the 70’s. We love having a kitchen and also a short drive to grocery stores and other places to shop and explore. Beach chairs and beach pull carts are available. All units have screen porches. »

« We had a fantastic time at Jackie’s property! She seems like a wonderful person and was so very nice. I think literally the only thing we wished was there was a pool with the very large backyard. The location was very quiet, neighborhood like. The access to the Cortez bridge was very close and the parking to this property was great. Inside you get a wow factor as soon as you walk in. I LOVE the open kitchen setup and the back porch is like the icing on the cake. Jackie had just about everything...

« Beautiful guest house with all the amenities we could wish for! Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had soap and toiletries. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place had a classic homey feel. Almost hate to sing its praises too highly as we’d like to keep this place to ourselves! lol. Martin was responsive and helpful when we had questions prior to arrival. Will definitely stay again! »

« While it was below freezing at home we had a great time sitting by the pool enjoying the sunshine and the view. Property is close to many shopping and dining options and is convenient to Sarasota and the beaches on Ana Maria Island. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. »
