« Nice location across from beach access. Pretty area. Layout of condo was nice. Dual shower heads were great! Had a good supply of beach equipment. Fun beach themed interior. Floor may need cleaned more thoroughly between renters as feet turned black, but can be expected at a beach destination. »

« This is our 4th summer staying at Avalon. As always, it doesn't disappoint! The condos are large, modern, well-stocked, and VERY clean. You can't beat the location. It's beachfront and walkable to so many restaurants/activities. We will definitely be back! »

« Great time! »

« Check in was easy, staff was friendly and responsive. Great location, just a few blocks (walking distance) from restaurants and shops and just far enough away not to feel crowded. They had an easy process for signing out beach chairs and umbrellas as an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We enjoyed a week at this condo. The condo was clean. The condo is outdated as seen in the pictures but pleasant to stay in. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great right on the gulf with a beautiful beach. Pool was good but needed to be cleaned. Short walk to John’s pass. Overall a good place to stay for a beach front place. »

« We absolutely loved this location. We had a beautiful view of the sunset right on the beach. Also loved that I didnt have to deal with leaving the property for food. Restaurant right on the property opened till 10pm, and they serve breakfast in the morning. They also have a bar for adults right near the pool. We will definitely be coming back here again. »

« The stay was even better than expected. Having the pool and beach so close made it great for our grandchildren. The location is near many activities and restaurants also. Everything about the condo was wonderful. The view is fantastic. »

« Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice! »

« The apartment was spacious and clean and lovely! The check-in was easy and we met our new friend, Betty, who made our entire stay wonderful. Very close to the beach (steps away) and the pool was very nice too! »

« Everything you could need, it's there! Kitchen was well equipped, and there are tons of beach toys, rafts, bags, coolers, umbrellas... We didn't need anything except sunscreen and lots of it! »

« We were really pleased with the property because it was close to everything and we didn't need to rent a car or uber anywhere. The building was small enough that we felt like we had a private pool, but we didn't feel cramped. There were lots of beach items available for us to use. The condo itself was somewhat small but perfect for us since we spent most of our time outside either at the beach or ocean. We also felt very safe there as the building had locked gates surrounding the property. ...
