Come relax in newly renovated fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with generous floor space facing the swimming pool. This piece of heaven incorporates superb features such as private entry, cathedral ceiling and no upstairs neighbors which makes it very quiet, bright and cool in the same time. Entirely suitable to a family of 4 featuring a King bed in the master bedroom and a very comfortable Queen memory foam sleeper-sofa in the living room.

Comfortable, private and clean covered patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs are provided. Family friendly high chair included and crib available upon request. Enjoy free high-speed internet, flat screen TV with HD cable.

Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, serving dishes, pots pans and utensils as well as MW, cafe maker and toaster.

In unit laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided .

Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The property is located in a gated condominium complex which has a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse. Located within walking distance from a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation, and 5min drive from 24/7 Walmart. The condo is located minutes from beautiful award-winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

Bei der Agentur hingegen wird mit dir bürgertennis gespielt Wir hatten nur ein kleines Anliegen und geholfen wurde uns über 3 Tage nicht Es hebt auch immer ein anderer Mitarbeiter ab und der kennt sich dann nicht aus Auch wird dem Vermieter anscheinend verboten mit dem Mieter zu kommunizieren außer über die VRBO App Eine Bevormundung die ich mir sicher nicht mehr gefallen lasse . Our family of 4 including children 7-9years really enjoyed our 9 night stay at this Avalon unit. Because of the friendly hospitality of the Host(s) and rapid communication, to the simple check-in and check-out procedures. The large and never crowded pool is a few steps away. Ideal location to the beaches, parks, attractions, restaurants and shopping. Clean and fully stocked unit with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and beach/pool accessories. The likelihood of us returning is very high!

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely presented. The gated community had a relaxed feel to it and the heated pool was a great facility. As advertised, the sofa bed available in the living area was very comfortable. There was a good variety of shops and restaurants close by and Clearwater Beach was just a short drive away. Highly recommended.
