« When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. The employees at the property are outstanding. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. »

One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff. I was told at check-in that they had my reservation, but it was multiple, and I'd have to check out and check in multiple times throughout my stay.
