« Property was spotless which is our most important thing when traveling. Two bathrooms were great for two couples. Guest bathroom could use a little TLC but again was clean and had everything needed. Host responded quickly to answer any questions. « We had a great week in OBX! This rental was conveniently located to all our favorite places to eat. There were 2 elevators that made check in and out easy as well as getting to and from the beach/pool. There was covered parking for two cars. The interior was very clean and nicely appointed. We heard no noise from the neighbors. The property has a private beach access so the beach area was not crowded. Right next to the lifeguard station too. All linens, even beach towels were provided. « We had a great time staying at Duckburgh and even ended up extending the stay twice because we loved it so much! The property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially for sunrise and sunset. The beach was only steps away and not crowded. Mindy was very responsive, nice, and accommodating. It was my first time in Outer Banks and we’re already looking to book another trip back! Highly recommend! »

« The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint.
