'I requested a top floor room in my initial reservation and was not accommodated. I feel like there was enough notice to be prepared. The property is a little older but everything was clean, and the staff was nice. Overall it was a good experience. '

'The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room.'

'Surprisingly nice rooms, very clean and well furnished for a properly at this price point. Breakfast was minimalistic but fresh and adequate. Location is perfect in proximity to the interstate with Cracker Barrel and a Starbucks very close. Excellent value and overall I was pleased with my stay at this Ramada and will likely stay there again when I return to visit Oak Mountain Park which is 2 miles away.'

'One set of plugs didn't work, the bathtub really needs to be replaced and the ceiling is peeling in several places and looks to be some mold. But for the price I guess it was what I paid for. Im thinking they are doing some rennovations cause it was very nosiy during the day up stairs.'

'New hotel with large rooms - environmentally conscious. Comfortable bed, good lighting options in room. Clean, great kitchenette with utensils and serving dishes. Staff was friendly & helpful. Good breakfast choice - eggs, various breads & meats each day. European style cheeses, meats, sauces and condiments on buffet. Wish coffee was a little stronger. Yogurt machine didn’t work. Waffle iron was out of service.'

He was sympathic to our situation but they were totally booked and an error was made that could not be fixed. The room was nice just not as big as the one we reserved. The next morning Michelle the GM had agreed to provide us with a partial credit towards the room since it was smaller than the one we reserved. 'As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff.
