'Booking platforms promised a standard stay; the reality was completely substandard. The property grounds are highly unkept. Outside, overflowing bins of exposed waste sit directly under the lights, creating a massive breeding ground for pests. Inside the room, flies buzz constantly behind the thin curtains, while the common hallways are cluttered with massive piles of dirty, unwashed laundry and stray office chairs. 'Goood bang for your buck'

'Room was clean except for a spot on door frame in bathroom (blood stained). Bed only had a sheet and the decorative cover, no blanket, no in room coffee. Breakfast was a choice of pop tart, honey bun or muffins. Small cups of coffee, no juice was choice of drink.'

'Good service but make sure expedia don't charge you for the breakfast since the hotel will charge again. The wifi-internet service is poor.'

'First room the ac was broken. Second room there was a dead roach and a pubic hair in the tub. Popcorn ceiling was coming down in the shower, piece of trash in the side of the chair. Place looks vacant from the outside and there’s a reason. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!'

'I went from paying cash to reserving the room through a third party, and then cash again, I'm still waiting on all my deposit reimbursement. It took over 5 days and a few phone calls to resolve this. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend a stay here, it's quiet an clean'

'The location is fantastic - lots of amenities within a short distance (plenty in walking distance). The cleaners were great - they came every day if you wanted them to (we stayed for a week). I don't have any real complaints - this place was great! My only issue was we had a kitchenette with a full fridge but didn't have a way to cook anything since we were traveling. All in all - i'd stay here again!'
