'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we 2 nachten in dit hotel geweest. Locatie is prima, in het noordoosten van CoLo Springs. Het is een redelijk nieuw hotel met erg grote kamers met apart zitgedeelte. De kamer was redelijk schoon (op wat kruimels en een lange haar op de vloer na van een voormalige gast, dat was een beetje jammer). Bedden erg fijn. De ontvangst was snel en vriendelijk. 'Rooms were not ready until well after check-in. Was finally able to get connecting rooms though. Grateful for that piece do parents was worth it. Great experience overall and wouldn’t have stayed elsewhere as we were with a large wedding group. Staff took care of us once we were checked in. Allowed our group to host a number of wedding events on premises just because we were such a big number of their guests. It was very kind of them and they didn’t have to do that.'

'Helaas viel het hotel tegen. De ontbijt ruimte is veel te klein voor alle gasten, de helft is steeds op en ze beginnen ruim voor 9uur al op te ruimen. De schoonmaakster vergeet elke dag werk iets. Dan geen nieuwe koffie, geen schone handdoeken of geen toiletpapier. Ook bij zwembad geen handdoeken, daar moest je dan eerst weer naar vragen. Je mag van een Marriott echt wel meer verwachten!'
