'Extremely friendly greeting and very helpful. He opened the door so I could bring in my luggage cart. The hotel is new and in very good and clean shape. The rooms are very thought out and the bathroom is very nice. No noisy. or loud bathroom fan ! They are painting around the shower ( needs to be finished). Apparently they touch up painting every 6 months. It’s right next to the South Portland shopping mall. The only down side was the heater is very loud in room 204. touching up painting...
