'Had 2 queen rooms for our family of 6. Location is conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shopping, without the craziness of being downtown. The harbor is a short drive away. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, A+ ! breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of options. Highly recommend this hotel and we would come back again.'

'Bug-infested rooms, indifferent staff, avoid at all costs We checked in on July 3rd and discovered bugs on the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom — every surface in the room was infested. We were traveling with our dog and were genuinely frightened about exposing her to whatever this was. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation....

I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot.
