The location is great , house is cutely decorated but in need of some TLC.

I had mixed feelings about posting this , because the property is “cute” and the location is great. But a few items of concern - permit posted expired in 2023, there was false eyelashes on the couch from a previous guest as well as food crumbs on tables and a few insects. Lastly there is a leak on the shower head causing The cleaning to peel in the restroom and paint to fall in the shower. I did like that property manager is available via text.

Quick Trip

The property was okay for our short stay. Parking was tight as we have a truck. Cleaning service left when we arrived and while house was clean our pillows had make-up so had to be washed and the rugs weren't vacuumed. I will not stay in a property again where the upstairs is occupied. Woke up to someone showering above one of the bedrooms and constant stumping.

awesome place super cute and nice for just a couple people for a short little stay! nice and clean the road nearby was closed so getting there was a little tricky but other than that it was ok!

Great Stay

The property was located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The unit was decorated beautifully. It was convenient to most local type stores and about a 12 minute ride to downtown. The property manager was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Perfect Place for Our Needs

This VRBO had a great location near our son, who lives 2 minutes away in East Nashville. Plenty of space and nice amenities. The only change I would make is to boost the TV reception. The streaming TV service was spotty and kept buffering out. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
