'It was an excellent place to stay. I wasn't sure when we got there, but when we went in, it was small, but comfy, very clean and cozy. The hall flooring was older, and a little squeaky, but everything else was good. The fenced-in back yard was amazing, we grilled out one night, and it was quiet and great. The kitchen had all the needed utensils, cookware, etc. that we needed. Bedrooms were perfect for two couples. I would book again. '

'Place was great plenty of room for 9 of us. Lots of bathroom and sleeping space. Cool outdoor views and 9 uber ride to broadway. Just was responsive and we hand no issues. It is a little tricky to find this particular unit with all in the units there but nothing crazy. I’d stay here again as it was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve used. '

'It was a nice small house in the very popular area of Germantown. The private parking lot in back of the house had plenty of free parking. We went to ten restaurants in the area by foot. The only drawback we had was trying to figure out the shower.'
