« Against: In four days, no cleaning of the room, no changing towels, no changing garbage bag. Restaurant in the rooftop very expansive. A lot a bugs entiring in the room at dark. For: really good customer service. Good location. Ac working well »

« A lovely heritage property, very helpful staff. It's an very large old building which has some renovation work going on (this did not disturb me in the slightest as it was far from my room). It did make it a little dusty but this is unavoidable as renovations will always be needed to maintain old buildings. Nice room, could do with blackout curtains as there are many windows and some light coming in during the night. »

« Nice place and people, good bed & AC. Wi-Fi slow. Soundproofing of the room could be a lot better. The restaurant is mostly good and not expensive. The special thali is very good. »

« We loved this property as the Family & staff were so helpful & went out of their way to make sure we were happy & always there is we were having any difficulty calling the taxi & so on. They also have Cookery classes that you can join & that was such fun, Near by (walking distance) was a fantastic grocery store with all the spices you wished to buy to take home. »

« Clean hôtel, staff is super friendly, the inly think is the restaurant that i would put more offer for foreigners for the breakfast that it is a bit expensive for what it is. Beside that i recommend that hotel 👍 »

« La chambre c'est OK bien insonorisé. Mais pas très bien entretenu. Salle a manger et lobby plûtot sales. »

« Nice hotel, with a very good breakfast buffet and a great restaurant on the roof. Room are clean. »

« The hotel is the worst we are ever been. We changed room one time and it was still so much noisy. I tried to get a refund but the manager of the hotel didn’t want. He even insultes me... He doesn’t know what services and hospitality mean. Please avoid its hotels for the better »
