« Very slow check in, card machine not working so had to write my card details down on a piece of paper (not sure this is compliant with GDPR). No iron available. Paid £15 for breakfast thinking it was a cooked breakfast but was only continental consisting of a box of cereal, a piece of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, rock hard crusty roll and a jar of strawberries. Drove 5 minutes down the road and got 2 full English breakfasts for £16. There was no shower gel and only half a toilet roll left for us....

« Shocking that hotels.com accepted this booking. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nts as working locally and turned up to find hotel was closed. Had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, despite receiving confirmation of booking in advance. »
