'We got into our room and it had a strong pet odor, no hand soap, shampoo, hand cream or tissues. Only coffee for breakfast and the coffee machine didn't work right.'

'We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children!'

'Loved our stay here! The suite room was fantastic! So well designed!'

'I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect.
