The staff is all very professional and friendly. I would look for this name in a hotel before any other at this point. The rates were great! »

« If you are looking for quaint and family friendly… this is your spot. We spent the 4th of July here, and felt general comradery with other guests and staff. Adults told older children to look out and help the littles and shared toys. Resort bonfires encouraged kids to get involved my daughters got to play tambourine and dance… guests cheered them on which made my 6 year olds night. This trip was refreshing for the soul. « Our room was with out hot water 2 of the 3 days we were there. Out toilet didn’t work and Jen asked to be moved management was rude and told me I could leave. This was holiday and birthday trip for my 2 sons. This ruined our trip »

« My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it. »

« This is a newer hotel or newly renovated and a nice upgrade from the other chain hotels in town. Nice comfortable lobby and seating area for eating breakfast or playing games. Outdoor seating also with a firepit but no shade and it was hot so we didn't use. The fitness room looked pretty good , pool and hot tub were small but fine for kids. I was given an ADA room and the door was very hard to open, tricky lock but I could get in after several tries. The room was very clean and nicely...

« Nice location. Beautiful hotel. Staff at the pool took the job a little too seriously and did not feel I could enjoy my time at the pool. My teens got yelled at for going in the shallow pool with their little brother and they didn’t yell at another guest with their child. »
