'Breakfast was average at best. Nothing new. The reading lights over the beds did not work and the outlets on the lamps were loose and only worked periodically. Positives were the beds were nice and the shower was very nice.'

'The rooms weren’t horrible but there seemed to be mold growing on the wall lamp right between the beds. The breakfast could have been better. The staff was great no issues there. The pool and hot tub were a very nice amenity.'

'The front desk lady was extremely rude. Didn’t tell us the children’s swim area was closed until we checked in when we had small children and didn’t offer to give us some of our money back. That’s the entire reason we went there!'

'It smelled like a zoo, I don’t know how they had such a high rating. Our bed cover was stained and the sheets irritated my skin to the point of giving me a rash. There was a dog in the room across from ours so we heard yapping all night and there was kibble in the hallway. There’s definitely residents who just live there. The AC is an ancient system that woke you up every time it jerked on. It will get you through 1 night and 1 night only.'

'My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it.'

'Elderly buildings, but rustic charm and elaborate woodwork on the outside verandas. Very nice pool, probably the favorite amenity for most guests. Maybe some staffing problems - couldn't find the desk clerk to check in for about 15 minutes, and there were no towels whatsoever supplied in my room. When I pointed that out at the desk, that was quickly corrected. Continental breakfast featured a wide selection of foods, but I didn't see anyone around to attend to the dining room. Great location,...

'The toilet seat was ready to fall off. The TV remote was impossible to use. Needed instructions for the remote. Kids in the pool were unsupervised.'

'Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.'

'Room was filthy, once arriving they add on tons of extra fees we ended up paying an extra 250 at check in. We had a family of 5 and they wouldn’t give us enough towels for our entire family they said 4 at a time. Bedding had dried blood on it. The room honestly felt dirty all they did was make the beds. Ice machine had mold in it as well. Pool was beyond disgusting and green'

'We enjoyed the onsite lagoons, inflatables and park. The rooms have been renovated since we last stayed and were nicer. Only issue we ran into was there was only one ice machine for the building and it did not work throughout our stay. Talked to an employee who informed me it was out of order (no signage) and we could use one in the building across the street. Most of all we enjoyed the included Land of Natura Park included with our room.'

'This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..'
