« Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water. The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

« We had a really good time at this hotel . It was very cozy and clean. When we arrived, the bedroom was very nicely decorated. We also found a welcome gift on the kitchen counter. The location was perfect right in a heart of Lake Geneva. The lobby, had free, coffee ,soup, and snacks for the hotel guests. Our stay included daily breakfast, which had great variety of freshly made food.. We would definitely go back to this hotel in the future. »

« Great accommodations for a family vacation. Large rooms that have two bedrooms, living area and a small kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. There is almost no need to go out to eat as kitchen is stocked with most cookware. It is within walking distance to the water park and easy to come and go between the two. »

« We absolutely LOVED our stay at the cabin. Its conveniently located along the creek and across the road from the beach. The inside was super cozy and we felt right at home. It was very clean. In the mornings, while washing dishes, i was able to watch deer directly out the window. In the evenings we were able watch them wander around the yard. It was stunning »

« Beautiful setting. I don’t realize the water was down stairs or small cliff. We enjoyed the space the property gave us. It was not as clean as I expected. Not enough toweling or toilet paper. Dog poop in the yard. One of our guest stepped in it. It was from a small dog and not ours as that was always picked up. Things need updating or repaired. Had a musty smell. »
