« The property was very nice. The only con was that the sleeper sofa mattress is very thin. I don’t think an adult could sleep comfortably on it. You can feel the springs. But our 12 year old slept on it and it didn’t bother him so if you’re using it for kids, I’m sure you’ll be fine. It was very clean and beautiful and it fit our needs. »

« I've never booked a VRBO, so we were going in blind. We had an AMAZING stay at Benny's on Broadway. We stayed for a few days, so we got groceries and used the kitchen. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a white noise maker. We enjoyed the sunshine pouring in the big windows (November.) « Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids! »
