Vind je ideale hotel in West-Michigan

'This hotel would best be described as just "OK". There was nothing about it that i thought was spectacular. The room could have been cleaner. There was dog hair in the bathroom and on the mattress cover. Staff was fine but again, nothing special. Breakfast was the usual waffles and such. Front door was squeaky and you could hear it open and close even in the rooms.'

'The property was beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. It is a first class property.'

'Room was changed from a double queen to a king with a pull out sofa without notice. Your overbooking should not affect which room I booked. Breakfast this morning was busy with one one attendant who was very overwhelmed and was having a very hard time keeping up putting everything out for guests.'

'The room was quiet and spacious, meeting all of our needs. The fan for the bathroom made a horrible noise when in use, so loud that we could not use it. The AC sounded like a drip for several seconds each time the temp was reached and the AC cut off. The staff was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. It was very busy upon check-in but they handled things perfectly.'
