'Breakfast had a variety, the room was clean, other than we found a water bottle under the fold out couch when we arrived. Tv in the room stopped working, alerted staff and it was fixed very quickly! Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless! '

'My only 2 gripes are, you can’t just walk in. It was nice that they didn’t leave you out in the cold and rain but to get all the way in, so as to “check in”, you had to grt someone’s attention. I am sure that this is meant for security but it was a bit of a shock seeing that I was unaware before arriving. The second gripe is that the person “booking” the room has to be present for the check in. This is very inconvenient. I drove there through crappy weather because the attendant had to “see”...
