« Great host with quick responses. The historic house is so beautiful and quaint. We loved staying here and will be back »

« It was a cute enough place to stay for the price. It really could use some TLC though. »

« Property was very clean and had every amenity you would need. The proximity to the beach and watching the Michigan sunsets was amazing. Loved the hot tub, neighborhood, and many near by activities! Will be staying here again! »

« This house and property are beautiful!! The beds were quite comfortable and the showers are fabulous!! There is definitely enough space in this house to have a very large family get together. My only complaint, and it’s not a big one, is that the furniture ie; couches, chairs both living room and the metal chairs are not comfortable at all. Overall though, myself and my family were extremely happy with our stay. The very open communication with the owners was a huge plus! »

« Host was so accurate and accommodating »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Justin's VRBO property. The house was exactly as advertised and so clean with every detailed thought of to enhance our stay. If you're looking for a spot in the Grand Rapids/Holland, MI area, consider renting with Justin. As a host Justin was very responsive. »

« Great location away from the hustle and bustle but only a short few mins drive or bike ride away from everything. Place is well kept, clean and has most everything you will need for your stay »

« From the listing, I expected Sarah’s place to be fun and cute, but I didn’t know it would be THAT cute!! We loved our stay in Grand Rapids … what a great respite from wedding weekend activities. Thanks, Sarah for sharing such a charming place through VRBO! »

« Room was nice and clean. Short walk to downtown. »

« Reasons this property was possibly the best rental I've stayed at.1. Actually clean. When it comes to rental reviews for some reason they all say they are clean (or have a good score), but once you get there it's mixed actual results. I guess this property is cleaned by a service and some inspects it afterwards. I can definitely tell because I didn't find one hair or one stain.2. Coffee maker. The coffee maker was broken, I called the office and someone brought over a new one right away. I...
